Oh no! Ed Sheeran apparently broke his right wrist and left elbow after a biking accident, and the injuries have forced the cancelation of several upcoming tour dates for the "Shape of You" singer.
The “Perfect” singer shared a photo of his right arm in a cast and his left arm in a sling early Monday (October 16). Ed said the injury occurred as a result of a “bicycle accident.”
British media outlets are reporting that the accident 26-year-old pop star was knocked down by a car while cycling on the streets of London earlier this week.
Sheeran captioned the photo to say he was waiting on medical advice.
Unfortunately, Sheeran's update was not any good news:
Ed's upcoming tour dates in Taipei, Osaka, Seoul, Tokyo and Hong Kong. were canceled. Future dates could be affected. There are 14 remaining tour dates on the calendar for Sheeran in 2017.
It looks like it would be a little difficult for the crooner to play his guitar for a little bit, but we’re hoping he gets well soon.
