LIST: Nominations for the 2018 Golden Globes Were Announced

SIPA USA
The nominees for the Golden Globe Awards were just announced this morning on NBC's Today Show.
As for the television nominees: HBO's hit drama Big Little Lies brought in six nominations. Meanwhile, the sci-fi romance movie, The Shape of Water, led the pack of films that were nominated, as it racked up seven nominations in total.
The Golden Globe Awards, which are given out by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, are often a barometer of what to expect during the Oscar and Emmy award season. Plus, alcohol is served during the Golden Globe ceremony each year. So you never know what will take place during the speeches as some of the stars down a few glasses champagne.
