Feel better by moving to the coast

You want to feel better? Pack your bags and relocate closer to the ocean. Science says so. People who live less than a mile from the coast are 22 percent less likely to have symptoms of a mental health disorder as compared to those who lived more than 30 miles from the water. Basically, those living by the sea saw an improvement in mood and mental health across the board. What is it about the ocean? Researchers say the access to “blue spaces,” or spaces by the sea or water, may play a big role in a person’s mental health.  I agree. We all need vitamin sea.
