Too much sitting at work can lead to not only a wider load, but also a saggier one too. According to fitness experts, the more we sit, the less we use our gluteus maximus, or glutes or back-end muscles. I've always had a maximum gluteus, myself. Genetics.  So if you work in the seated position, don't let your back end sag, do some squats or lunges when you get up from the desk. Stronger glutes lead to better balance and better alignment and a better booty.
