You love your pet. They love you. Love on your pet and you both win.

Science says so. Just ten minutes of interacting with your dog or cat will lower stress levels and improve your mood.

They found a reduction in cortisol levels, a major stress hormone, after people spent time with their furry friends.  And if you don't have a furry friend, go get one and let the stress relief begin.
