Late night snacking leads to a bad cycle

July 10, 2019

So you think a little late night snacking isn't a big deal? It is. It kicks off a bad cycle. It starts like this: You eat late, that makes it harder to fall asleep, which then leads to sleeplessness, which then leads to more snacking, which then leads to weight gain. Science has found sleep deprivation leads to junk food cravings. And the more you crave, the more you eat, and the more you gain. I think I'll walk by the frig tonight. How bout you?
