Getting up early is linked to better health

If you're an early riser, good news. You may have a lower risk of getting breast cancer than if you were a night person. A study found when comparing two groups, the morning people developed breast cancer less often than those considered night owls. Researchers are quick to point out there could be other variables involved. So, they say there's no reason to change your sleep patterns because this finding may suggest the risk of breast cancer is associated with a genetic trait, like whether you're a morning or night owl.  You can read more below.
