If you're trying to lose weight, it's a no-brainer to stay away from salty and sweet snacks. But even those diet salty and sweet snacks can be bad   because they are processed. And science has found the more processed that foods are, the less filling they are, and the more we eat. So try to eat more whole foods that will fill you up. And stay away from all those highly processed ones.
