Your bad diet could be bad for your brain.  We all know eating too much can make us gain weight. And eating fried foods and junk foods can clog our arteries and stress our organs. Now science has found a link between unhealthy food choices with brain function. A clear link between brain deterioration and unhealthy life choices. If you eat too much over a long period and don't exercise either, your brain could be shrinking.  So before your thinking skills leave you, please make healthier choices.
