Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Offered Jobs at Burger King

One of the perks of being a royal is never having to look for a part-time job.

As the Duke and Duchess of Sussex strive to become more "financially independent," Burger King in the U.S and Argentina has extended an offer to have them join their kingdom.

The fast-food chain didn’t skip a beat when offering the royal couple positions within the company following their announcement to “step back” as senior members of the royal family last week.

“Dear Dukes, you can look for your first job without giving up the crown,” read a Spanish-language ad from an Argentinian location.

A second ad assured the couple that, "If you’re looking for a job, we have a new crown for you,” displayed right next to a paper crown from the chain.

An accompanying letter encouraged them to get work experience the way countless people do.

“We found out that the prince and the duchess decided to give up their roles in the royal family and will work to become financially independent. So, we have a proposition for you: Do as thousands of people and take your first steps in the world of work with us. You know that the crown will suit you perfectly,” the ad said.

The royal burger puns just kept rolling as the chain added, “after so many years of living as dukes, it is time for you to start eating like kings.”

Burger King in the U.S joined in on the fun reminding Harry that “this royal family offers part-time positions.”

Fans were pleased with Burger King’s pop culture savviness calling them “savage” and declaring that they “won the Internet” for the day.”

Burger King Canada has yet to extend an offer despite the royal couple’s plans to move there.

In a statement released on Monday, the Queen has agreed to a "period of transition" in which the couple will spend time in both Canada and the United Kingdom, BBC reported.
